Fartlek means speed play: surges called on the run by a coach who never hands anyone a watch. Intertakt brings that arrangement to HIIT, Tabata and rounds. A clear voice announces each interval over your own playlist, countdown beeps land in the final seconds, and music, voice and beeps each carry their own volume - your music never stops for the timer. Once you tap start, the screen never needs to come back on: pocket the phone and train. An incoming call doesn't end the round; the session resumes from the exact second it stopped, across calls and app switches.
